Regular maintenance is a reality for home ownership.  Some things can be handled on your own but some tasks are best left to pros.  Here are a few winter tips to add to your Seasonal Maintenance List.

• Drain outside faucets and cover with insulated covers.   Shut off water to outside Drain garden hoses
• Test smoke and carbon monoxide detectors.  Replace batteries
• Wash windows and screens
• Older homes - install storm windows or plastic on windows 
• Maintance snow blower.  Find snow shovels and roof rake
• Have a supply of walkway salt on premise
